Australian All Schools Track & Field Championships

Some of the best young athletes from around Australia descend on Adelaide this weekend for the All Schools Athletics Championships.

Held over 3 days, athletes from all states and territories from Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 will compete for National glory, including the man from Tasmania known as the Halestorm, Jack Hale. Clocking 10.42 seconds in the 100 metres earlier this year to set a new Australian record, Jack takes on a batch of Under 18 sprinters in what is being considered the athletics event of the year.

Not to be out done, Whittlesea City has a few stars of their own competing.

Former WC guns Jake Di Palma, Thomas Wilson and Natarsha Inchincoli all compete this weekend for Victoria.

Whittlesea City wishes them all the best.
